John is an entrepreneur, a poultry farmer and academic with about 36 years’ experience in Business Strategic Development, Financial Management, Law, and Academia. John has a wealth of experience with 25 years teaching and leadership experience in Further and Higher Education working at Arden University, Tresham College of The Bedford College Group, Westminster Kingsway College, Lincolns College London, University of Greenwich, Coventry University London Campus, Greenwich School of Management (GSM) London, and Hertfordshire University Business School.

John also has number of years’ experience in the FCMG retail industry working with ANPL Ghana as one of its non-executive directors and UK Charity organisations.

John studied in various institutions in the UK and abroad. Amongst them are Coventry University, The International University, Ansted University, City University Law School, Kingston University Business & Law Schools, and Westminster University, obtaining the following qualifications PhD SME Financial Management; MBA Financial Management; ACCA II; GDLaw; LLM Corporate Finance Law; Bar Vocational Course (BVC), and PgCEHEPP. John’s doctoral thesis was titled Strategies for Sustaining Growth in SME Financial Management. His legal thesis was Securitisation on Ghana for his LLM Corporate Finance Law degree.

His research interests are in Project Management, Corporate Governance, Corporate Finance Law, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Securitisation, Company Law, Employment Law, SME Management & Strategy, Financial & Business Management, Leadership & Business Development Strategy.

John is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy (HEA), Faculty Member Finance ICAEW, Member Society for Legal Scholars and Institute for Leaders (ILS). John studied towards the BVC with the Honourable Society of The Inner Temple.

John has established his home both in the UK and Ghana by dint of his dual nationality as a Ghanaian and British.
